Liz Vassey began her acting profession when she was just nine and has been in over fifty musicals and stage productions. at the age of 16 she made the decision to move towards New York in order to become a part of the group of actors on All My Children. Liz who is a lifelong runner just recently made her debut director in the documentary feature film The Human Race which has launched. The film tells the story about runners over 50 years older. She also played as a Mermaid on Flight of the Conchords as an actor in the independent film The Rift.
