Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny 3 February 1950) is an American actor from the United States. The actress gained fame in the latter part of the 70s and 1980s due to her continual appearances on various TV shows that featured her as a glamorous actress. Fairchild began her career in The CBS daytime soap opera Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. Fairchild began her career in 1973 as Jennifer Pace on CBS' Daytime soap opera Search For Tomorrow. She portrayed Jenna Wade for the first time in the year 1978. The following year she was cast in the lead role in the NBC series Flamingo Road. (For this series she received a Golden Globe Award nominated Best Actress for Television Series drama). In 1984, she co-starred in ABC's short-lived soap opera Paper Dolls which followed by a stint on Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts between 1985 and 1986. Fairchild has also performed in stage productions and appeared in guest roles in television shows, including Murphy Brown (for which she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest actor in a Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill as well as Friends. She is on the board of SAG-AFTRA.
